Simplifying GUI Development on Embedded Systems
Embedded Wizard is a development and prototyping tool for
visually rich graphical user interfaces (GUI / HMI), optimized for embedded platforms.
Its advanced and developer-friendly IDE facilitates the UI design process, arrangement of graphics and implementation of UI logic and behaviour. With its ready-to-use components and widgets, Embedded Wizard helps to create user interfaces prototypes within a very short time.
After that, the flexible functionality of the tool and the instant prototyping of look and feel help to achieve sophisticated results easily, until finally ANSI C code is generated for the target platform.
Feature Overview
- Embedded Wizard V6: New class library 'Mosaic 2.0' based on Graphics Engine 2.0 as framework with a wide range of components and ready-to-use GUI widget templates for an easy startup.

Supported Platforms and Operating Systems
Embedded Wizard’s Platform Packages (hardware abstraction layer) are optionally adapted directly to the underlying hardware - e.g. a graphics accelerator – or to software APIs like DirectFB or a combination of both.
Currently, Platform Packages are available for over 40
different hardware chipsets and all common operating systems: Embedded
Linux, Windows CE, Android, Apple iOS, Nucleus, pSOS, VxWorks, MS
Windows (XP, Vista, Windows7) and
proprietary OS.
