DART-MX8M-PLUS​

The Variscite i.MX 8 – DART-MX8M-PLUS is a pre-assembled board powered by a 1.8 GHz Quad Cortex™-A53 NXP i.MX 8M Plus processor, complemented by an 800 MHz Cortex™-M7 real-time co-processor. It features OpenGL graphics, utilized trough the Wayland display protocol. Notably, this is the first i.MX processor with built-in AI and ML capabilities, due to its integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) and intelligent image processing system, which includes an image signal processor (ISP). Additionally, it is equipped with enhanced 2D/3D graphics acceleration.

The Variscite i.MX 93 – VAR-SOM-MX93 is a robust System-on-Module powered by a 1.7 GHz Dual Cortex™-A55 NXP i.MX 93 processor, along with a 250 MHz Cortex™-M33 real-time co-processor. This module supports hardware-accelerated graphics and features a range of connectivity options including dual CAN bus, dual GbE, and industrial temperature support. Furthermore, it includes AI and ML capabilities thanks to its NPU.
