The Renesas RA8D1 group of microcontrollers (MCUs) is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M85 (CM85) core and offers a top-notch performance of over 3000 CoreMark points at 480 MHz and superior graphics capabilities that facilitate high-resolution displays and Vision AI applications. These general-purpose MCU devices combine the high-performance CM85 core with large memory and an extensive range of peripherals, including a high-resolution TFT-LCD controller featuring parallel RGB and MIPI-DSI interfaces, a 2D drawing engine, a 16-bit camera interface, and numerous external memory interfaces.
